Base pay range
$23.67/hr - $23.67/hr
Position Available: Placard Generator/Dispatcher (Dual Role)
Location: Auburn, WA - USPS MTESC Distribution Center
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Weekends and Overtime: As required based on client needs
Rate of Pay: $23.67/hr, with weekly pay

Key Responsibilities
Generate and process placards
Affix placards to palletized products
Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address routing issues
Answer calls from delivery drivers, relaying emergencies to appropriate channels
Coordinate trainer moves with switch drivers between docks and yard
Receive and prepare paperwork for USPS trips
Record moves from dock employees and switcher drivers
Perform additional tasks as needed
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proficiency with computers
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and excellent attendance record
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to follow instructions from supervisors
Excellent verbal communication skills
At least 6 months of dispatch experience
